Location: NYC (Tri-State Area)

Pay: Range $21-$23*/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Bird Control Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with their hands, and possess construction or installation experience. You will work with a team to install bird control systems and ensure that our commercial clients are receiving top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain bird control systems on various commercial properties
Work with a variety of tools and materials, performing hands-on construction and installation tasks
Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on high rooftops or elevated surfaces
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO JOB SITES WITHIN ANY OF THE 5 BOROUGHS. COMPANY VEHICLES ARE PROVIDED BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

Requirements:

Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with your hands (construction experience is a plus)
Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and working on rooftops
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb a 40-foot ladder
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and a strong team player
Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively with others

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid NYS Driver’s License (Required)
OSHA 30-hour Certification (REQUIRED)
Aerial Boom Certification (Training provided)
